Information Required

After placing your order, please email the following information to info@hollowayscustomdesigns.com:

• Student’s full name and preferred name for the design

• School name

• Graduation year

• School and team colors

• Jersey number

• Team name or mascot

• High-quality, clear photos

• Any quotes, accomplishments, logos, or additional details you would like included
  

Please verify that all names, dates, numbers, and wording are spelled correctly before submitting your information.

Processing Time

Please allow 7–10 business days for completion after all required information and usable photos have been received. Incomplete information may delay the design and production process.
